Today marks the 1st anniversary of the day William proposed to me! It's crazy to think it's already been a year since he totally surprised me with the most beautiful ring I'd ever seen! This weekend we are picking up the wedding band from the jewelers that we picked out after we got married. We just bought a simple white gold band for the actual ceremony.
Saturday is our 6-month anniversary of being married. I know it's cheezy, but we decided that the first year we'd try to make a big deal out of all the "month" anniversaries and such. It hasn't happened yet. ha! Since the 6-month falls on a weekend we decided to take a little trip away...just the two of us. This month is a busy one, so it will be nice to get a way for a bit and just relax. There will be a concert involved (MuteMath, what what!), but other than that we don't really have any plans.
We have a wonderful friend staying with us this week, and it's been fun having little activities planned for every evening. I am anxious to get home and make dinner. It's gonna be GOOOOOD! Then off to the dollar theater!
